Bradgate Homes is a trading arm of T Visaman & Sons Ltd., a company established since 2006, registration number 05976707.
Previous activities have included the design and build of doctor’s surgeries and medical centres. The company has several residential housing developments, under the name of Bradgate Homes, in the East Midlands.
The Company is also looking towards the future, with additional plots for residential developments always under review.
Lifetime accommodation – from 2-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom houses, starter homes to homes fit for families and the retired, we have a wide range of designs to suit all lifestyles and all pockets.
Bradgate Homes are registering for the Help-To-Buy scheme to enable assistance with initial deposits. We want to enable first-time buyers to take their first steps on the housing ladder.
We work closely with planning departments to ensure our designs fit in with the locality and we work closely with local communities to obtain their support by consultations and offering assistance to the neighbourhood for any issues they may have.
The Sherwood Development
SHERWOOD has a thriving shopping centre with many new cafes and gift shops, restaurants, international and independent shops as well as a post office, dentist, opticians and Doctors surgery. Close by is Woodthorpe Park which has formal gardens, pitch and putt, tropical house, sports pitches and café. All of the above are a short stroll away, as are regular bus services and tram link into Nottingham City Centre. The A60, Mansfield Road and A611 Hucknall Road provide easy access in and out of Nottingham for the daily commute with junction 26 of the M1 close by.
